I never thought I'd say this, but then I moved to NYC

There should be lists, on t-shirts, or posters, or something. There could be millions in this.

The other night, at dinner, Sal told me about the trials and tribulations of trying to find a 3-week sublet. She put down her chopsticks and took a sip of tea. "So I called the guy who offered me the sublet and said, 'Look, I never thought I'd say this, but, the crack-house downstairs really worries me.'"
