Missed Opportunities

Picture this (pun intended):

The living room appliances: A series of photographs, by j.

When we moved in the fridge was in the living room. It was there for 3 weeks. I don't know why we didn't think to take a photo. They just brought us the new one, and installed it in the kitchen, last week.

The guys came just now to replace the stove. Excited, I said, "Yay! Pumpkin pies next week! No more eating out every day!"

They left it in the living room.

At least if we'd got that first picture, we'd have a series (or at least a pair) and could try to show it in some obscure, politically-charged New York gallery.
