Ahhhh!!

It's stressful, watching footie. And, like math, it's cumulative: as the tournie goes on, the more stressed I get. The knots in my back are now stiffer than a dram of Macallan 12-year. It's stressful enough to watch one game, but, much as having two children is three times as hard as having one, watching two games at the same time is three times as stressful as dealing with one. For one thing, it's like watching a tennis match: you sit at the bar, the whiskey warming up in front of you, as, mouth open, your head moves from side to side, rhythmically, as one exciting (or tragic) thing happens in one match and another exciting (or tragic) thing happens in the other.

Still, it's worth it; and when Kewell made what he calls the goal of his lifetime... Wow.
