Advice from my mum, presumeably in reaction to my reaction to the US-Italy game:

"I would advise you either not to watch U.S. games, or, if you must, to tone down your reactions - I know these guys think they:

a. are playing hockey.
b. should not be penalized.
c. are privileged.

etc. But watch it - you are in danger of becoming like Dad!"
