why do we call it apartment hunting?

It's not like we want to kill the apartments and eat them... we just want to live there. I guess maybe because the hunt is a competition with other apartment hunters, and you have to know when to pounce to claim your prize?

I spent last week running around Toronto, indulging in films at TIFF, staying out too late, drinking just enough, and playing with the cutest baby on the planet. (Baby? Toddler? I guess Grace is a toddler now... holy sheep.)

I've decided to give up on the whole responsible "find a job before moving" thing and just go back to Toronto as soon as I can.

So if you hear of any apartments available, please email me, or comment.

I hate apartment hunting.
