name-day

Hilda made me this uber-cute love-monster for my birthday.

You can't see the best part (the camera ran out of batteries) - the purple heart tatoo on it's bum. I think this is key to the love-monster's personality.

The question is, what to name it? Suggestions so far include Scout (from To Kill a Mockingbird ), Joe, and Lee. Anyone else have any ideas? I thought of Turtle (after Peter Hatcher's dog), or Wooster (after Bertie), or, heck, Bertie (after Wooster.)

Please add suggestions and/or votes in the comments section. Much appreciated!

i suggest wade walker.
because that is the name of johnny depp's character in the movie "cry baby" (i googled it, to find the name for you) and that creature is so cute i almost cried. (much like wade is for the ladies in the movie. plus, they both have badass tattoos.)

Scout? What are you, Demi Moore? Why not go all the way and name it Rumer or Tallulah? Or perhaps you should name it Madison, Dakota or Cody?

You have been spending too much time with East Coast elites - we need you to go to the red states and get back to the humble workingman. Guys named Fred, Joe and Wilberforce.

(BTW - I vote for Wilberforce, which is Bertram Wooster's little known middle name.)
